Inspection Experience

CSMI performs third party inspections and has two EIFS certified inspectors on staff. CSMI supervises and documents destructive investigations to determine the amount and potential causes of damage. We have experience in determining the potential causes of water intrusion damage at the building envelope.

  2. - Building Envelope: Weather Barrier and Flashings
  3. - Framing: Platform framing, stick framing, Balloon framing, Panelized walls, Dimensional and Engineered lumber, Post and Beam
